The measurement and calculation of the standard spectrum of whispered Chinese speech

A power spectral density level of whispered Chinese speech different from the GB7348-87,The standard spectrum of whispered Chinese speech,was put forward.This experiment was conducted in an anechoic room to improve the Signal to Noise Ratio.Individuals' Long-term spectrum of the sound pressure measured by real time analyzer was normalized and the power spectral density level of whispered Chinese speech was calculated by using mathematical method to mixing several samples.The result showed the main energy of whispered Chinese speech spreads under 3 kHz. The result of the measurement and calculation on the standard spectrum of whispered Chinese speech provided the basis for the design of electro-acoustic device and all the systems of generating,transmitting,receiving and processing whispered Chinese signals.
