Abstract
This is a continuation of the paper "The distinctive features for Standard Chinese (Putonghua)". The definition of the distinctive features used for Standard Chinese and the physical reality and psychological reality of the features were discussed in detail. Especially the trouble of the single final /er/, of which the articulator may be not stable during pronunciation, was discussed. Then the distinctive feature tree of Chinese initials and finals were made up separately.
