Abstract
The porcine lymphnode tissues were studied by using C_scan ultrasonic microscope system. The high frequency ultrasonic images and sound parameters of normal and hemorrhage lymphnode tissues were obtained. The results show that the high frequency ultrasonic images can reflect the structural change of biological tissues. The backscatter coefficient of hemorrhage lymphnode is smaller than that of normal lymphnode and changes with the frequency. The ultrasonic backscatter microscope technique is a useful device for tissue characterization in high frequency range.
