PSAW Green's function of surface excitation of piezoelectric crystal

The Pseudo Surface Acoustic Wave (PSAW) is special mode of SAW on the anisotropic medium and piezoelectric crystal. It has important applications on the SAW techniques. Based on the theory of surface excitation of piezoelectric crystal we developed, the PSAW Green's functions and corresponding PSAW fields are expressed analytically. We also investigate the existing condition of PSAW and the characteristics of PSAW. Finally, the numerical results of PSAW Green's function for Quartz and LiNbO₃ are given.
