Active control of interior noise within an irregular enclosure under the cooperation of point force and incident wave

  • A new modeling method is developed for the active control of interior noise within an irregular three- dimensional cavity under the cooperation of point force and incident wave. The validity of this method is verified by a regular cuboid enclosure. With global and local performance functions, good results are obtained in the active control of noise within the irregular enclosure according to numerical investigations.
