Study on sensitivity of piezo spiral transducer

The intelligent design using structure for amplifying stress in transducer design is a very effective means to enhance the sensitivity. In the proposed piezoelectric spiral, the stress amplification is realized through torque, and the piezoelectric conversion is through g₁₅ mode. Both the theoretical - and simulation results show the high sensitivity of the transducer.
