Analysis of longitudinal-flexural and torsional-flexural complex-mode vibrations of ultrasonic vibration systems

  • The longitudinal-flexural and torsional-flexural complex-mode vibrations are analysed of ultrasonic solid horns and vibration systems comprising transducers and solid horns. The concerned solid horns are nonuniform rods. The analysis of flexural vibrations of the system is based on Timoshenko theory.The theoretical results are verified by experiments.
