Mathematical model of megatorque-hybrid-type ultrasonic motor and its characteristics'simulation
The construction and working principle of megatorque-hybrid-type ultrasonic motor (HTUSM) are firstly introduced.Its newly mathematical model is then introduced according to this introduction.Based on this model,a prototyped motor is designed and its characteristics are simulated.Many valuable conclusions are obtained.
