A post accumulation method of time-frequency distrubution for targets detection and recognition

For a linear-frequency modulation signal,the peak-trace of the ambiguity function or the Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD) is linearity.In this paper,it is developed that the post accumulation along the peak-trace of the WVD of multi-targets echo.A computer simulation show that the performances of target detection and resolution with the WVD post-accumulation are superior to the matched filter.
