Dynamic analysis of layered piezoceramicand metal composite moderately thick annular plate

In this paper vibration problems of the layered piezo-ceramic and metal compositemoderately thick annular plate with different diameters, excited electrically, are analysed.Taken the deformation characteristics of the layered moderately thick plate into account,dynamic foundational equations of the plate are derived. By using semi——analytical elementmethod,modes and Inherent frequencies of the layered moderately thick annular plate are obtained. In addition, this paper also discusses the phenomenon that vibrations of the annularplate can be transformed into continued rotation of the rotor contacted with the annularplate.
