Measurements of signal frequencies under low signal to noise ratio conditions

In this paper we propo.se a new method of frequency mesurements.Since frequency computing is directly in connection with adaptive filtering and smoothing,it has quite high accuracy of frequency mesurements when strong noises and linear spectrum interferences exist,It also can easily be realized with digital signal process rs.Therefore it has wide applications to underwater communications and other systems.
