An experimental investigation on sound transmission loss and vibration reduction of a vessel in water due to a bubbly curtain

  • Experimental results of sound trasmission loss in a range of frequency through bubbly curtains were obtained, where the air content was in wide range by means of varying pressure difference and the diameter of the pore of bubble-producing appratus. Vibration reduction of a vessel in water due to bubbly curtain was found.
