REFLECTIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF SAW BY REFLECTION ARRAY WITH SLANTING METAL STRIPS

The reflective characteristics of SAW by slanting metal strips on the surface of Y-Z LiNbOa have been studied. Using Simple Model and Multi-Reflection Model, the reflective characteristics and the distribution of SAW by reflection array with metal strips of same width and same period have been calculated. On the other hand, using the laser probe, we have measured the reflection of SAW by the array. Theoretical and experimental results have been compared The results of Multi-Reflection Model are in good agreement with that of the experiments.
