THE TECHNIQUE OF ACTIVE NOISE CONTROL

The active control of noise is a very effective method to minimize low frequency noise.This technique is attracting much attentions all over the world.It has been investigated and put to use in England,America,France,Federal Republic of Germany and Japan.In recent years,some research works on this area have also been done in our country.This paper has summarized the historical development of the active noise control.The practical use of the technique in ducts and three dimensional space has been introcuced also.This paper is expected to serve as a reference to the research of active attenuation of noise.
