THE ELASTIC MODULI OF α-LiLO₃ CRYSTAL

Based on the linear piezoelectric coupling equation, the relations between the ultrasonic velocities and elastic moduli are obtained. The velocities of longitudinal and shear waves which propagate along different symmetry directions of α-LiIO₃ crystal are determined by the pulse echo overlap method. The elastic moduli C_ij^E and C_ij^D are then deduced, the values of which （×10^-10N/m²） are
