THE APPLICATION OF ADAPTIVE DIGITAL FILTERING TECHNIQUE TO GEOSOUND SIGNAL DETECTING

  • The main objective of this paper is to discuss the applications of adaptive digital filtering technique to the geosoundsignal processing. First, the system model for the ambient geosound is structed baseing on liner system theory and ARMA model is employed in order to obtaine the analytical structure of the system model. To identify unknown parameters in the system model and to detect p-waves of the super-microseismic signal, an adaptive digital filtering technique is used. Finally we gave the experimental results of the signal detecting in the presence of ambient geosound.
