A SAW FILTER FOR COLOR TV SET VIF

In accordance with the current PAL system, a sort of surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter for the video intermediate frequency of the color television set has been recommended. Both interdigital transducers, one uniform and one apodized have been used. For latter. A parallel combinatory structure was employed. Suppression of several spurious modes has been considered in this design. Finally, the measured responses and the experimental results of filter are also given.
