利用瞬态热栅技术研究Sr2FeMoO6的热扩散系数及其温度效应

Influence of temperature on thermal diffusivity of double perovskite Sr2FeMoO6 studied by laser-induced transient thermal grating

  • 摘要: 为研究Sr2FeMoO6的热扩散系数及其温度效应,利用瞬态热栅法研究了不同温度下Sr2FeMoO6热扩散系数变化,发现在温度300~360 K范围内,Sr2FeMoO6热扩散系数随着温度升高缓慢减小;在居里温度TC~380 K附近,热扩散系数剧烈下降;在温度400~450 K范围内,热扩散系数随着温度升高基本保持不变。利用声子、电子自旋以及电子输运讨论了其在上述不同温度范围内对Sr2FeMoO6热扩散系数的影响。

     

    Abstract: The thermal diffusivity has been investigated in double perovskite Sr2FeMoO6 by means of the laser-induced transient thermal grating in the temperature range of 300~450 K.We have found that the thermal diffusivity of Sr2FeMoO6 shows a slow decrease in 300~360 K,and then decreases significantly around 380 K,which is the critical temperatureTC for ferromagnetic to paramagnetic phase transition.We also find that the thermal diffusivity keeps a constant above 400 K.We further discuss the influences of phonon,spin and electron on the thermal diffusivity of Sr2FeMoO6 in different temperature ranges.
