金属橡胶材料声学参数理论计算及实验研究

Theoretical calculation and experimental study on the acoustic parameters of metal rubber material

  • 摘要: 研究了用于理论分析金属橡胶材料吸声特性的声学参数。依据金属橡胶材料是均匀、各向同性的多孔材料条件,推导出金属橡胶材料有效声速、特性阻抗、传播常数等声学参数的理论计算公式.确定了金属橡胶材料结构常数和流阻率的计算公式,通过实验研究获得并分析了不同结构参数金属橡胶材料的结构常数值。比较分析了金属橡胶材料特性阻抗和传播常数的实验值和理论值.研究结果表明:用均匀、各向同性的多孔材料理论模型计算金属橡胶材料声学参数方法是可行的.

     

    Abstract: The acoustic parameters of metal rubber materials were theoretically and experimentaly investigated in the present study.In consideration of their homogenous,isotropic and porous structure features,formulas were deduced for the calculations of effective sound velocity,characteristic impedance,propagation constant,structural constant and flow resistivity.The structural constants of metal rubber materials with different structural parameter were obtained and analyzed through experiments.The actual and calculated values of characteristic impedance and propagation constant were compared and analyzed.It is shown that the present theoretic method based on the homogenous,isotropic and porous material model is suitable to calculate the acoustic parameters of metal rubber materials.
