压电陶瓷发射换能器的瞬态抑制

The method of transient suppression for piezoelectric ceramic emission transducer

  • 摘要: 提出了一种针对压电陶瓷发射换能器的瞬态响应的抑制方法。该方法通过对发射信号的控制,即发射的信号是在原有的信号上叠加若干消影脉冲,抑制换能器的输出瞬态响应的影响,从而实现窄带换能器发宽带信号的目的。分别用正弦脉冲和调相脉冲进行了实验,实验取得了和理论较为一致的结果,均很好地抑制了瞬态响应对发射波形的影响。

     

    Abstract: A transient suppression method for piezoelectric ceramic emission transducer is presented. By adding some special pedestal pulses to the original transmitted signal, the transient effects in the output of the transducer can be just precisely canceled, thereby achieving the broadband transmitting using a narrowband transducer. Experiment results show that the transient responses of sinusoid pulses and phase-shift-keying pulses are suppressed successfully and the waveforms radiated into the surrounding water are improved significantly.
