碘化钾水溶液中碘释放现象的超声可见光协同效应研究

Synergistic effects on iodine release in potassium iodide solution by combination of ultrasound and visible light irradiations

  • 摘要: 观察了超声波和可见光分别辐照下及共同辐照下碘化钾水溶液中碘释放现象,发现超声波和可见光共同辐照下碘化钾水溶液中碘释放的产率显著高于超声波和可见光分别辐照下碘化钾水溶液中碘释放的产率之和,即该反应体系呈现出显著的声光协同效应。对该反应体系进一步的反应动力学研究结果表明,超声空化产生的对反应系统理想的搅拌作用可能是声光协同效应产生的主要原因。该搅拌作用使得反应系统趋于均一化,从而提高了光化学的反应产率和速率。

     

    Abstract: The oxidation of potassium iodide has been investigated under the irradiation of ultrasound and visible light respectively and simultaneously. We have observed that the amount of iodine liberated under the combined irradiation of ultrasound and visible light is greater than the sum of that under irradiation of ultrasound and visible light respectively, indicating a synergistic effect of ultrasound and visible light irradiations. Basing on the investigation of the reaction kinetics of iodine liberated, we have ascribed the synergistic effect to the perfect stirring of the photochemical reactor induced by the applying simultaneous ultrasound. This ideal stirring can result in the homogenization of the primary light effect in the whole reaction medium, which results in the acceleration of the photochemical reaction.
