基于动态规划的超声多普勒信号最大频率曲线提取

Extracting the maximum frequency waveform from Doppler ultrasound signals based on a dynamic programming algorithm

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于全局优化的动态规划算法以进行超声多普勒血流信号最大频率曲线的提取。并将该方法分别应用于仿真的超声多普勒信号和实际采集的多普勒血流信号,在信噪比小于20 dB的较强噪声背景下,基于动态规划方法提取的最大频率曲线较之传统方法提取的结果,相对误差最多可减小20倍以上。在强噪声背景下的估计精度明显高于其它方法,显示出基于动态规划的最大频率曲线提取算法具有较好的抗噪声性能。结果表明:基于全局优化的动态规划算法能够从较强噪声背景中准确提取超声多普勒血流信号的最大频率曲线,并可进一步用于诊断血管疾病。

     

    Abstract: A dynamic programming algorithm based on the global optimization is presented to extract the maximum frequency waveform of the Doppler ultrasound blood flow signal. This approach was tested using simulated and clinical Doppler ultrasound signals together with other three methods. The relative error of maximum frequency waveform estimation using this method is 20 times smaller than the one using the traditional methods at most. The much better estimation precision under the strong noise shows that the dynamic programming extraction method has better noiseproof performance. It is shown that this proposed method can be used to extract the maximum frequency waveform precisely from the strong background noise and can be applied further to clinical vascular diseases diagnosis.
