高速平面弹性连杆机构的声辐射分析

Sound radiation analysis of high speed planar elastic linkage mechanism

  • 摘要: 以平面弹性连杆为研究对象,采用运动弹性动力学分析方法,对高速连杆机构的声辐射问题进行了研究。首先给出了求取各构件表面法向位移和速度的一般方法,在此基础上对机构运动过程中的声辐射功率等声辐射性能评价指标的计算进行了研究。通过对一四杆机构的仿真研究表明,机构的声辐射性能与曲柄的转速和位置有关,在某些转速下,声辐射也存在类似振动的低阶谐振现象。

     

    Abstract: Based on the elastodynamic analysis method, the sound radiation performances are studied for planar elastic linkage mechanisms. Firstly, the surface normal displacement and velocity vectors of the links are derived. Secondly, the sound radiation performances such as sound pressure levels and sound power levels are calculated. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out on a 4-bar linkage mechanism. The simulation results show that the sound power level is varied with the speeds and positions of the crank, the lower order resonance phenomena for sound radiation also exists at certain running speeds.
