Estimation of expanded uncertainty of rolling bearing noise

摘要: 以模糊集合理论为基础,提出了一种评价滚动轴承噪声扩展不确定度的方法。这种方法属于非统计理论范畴,允许轴承噪声的测量数据少和概率分布未知,不需要计算标准差和包含因子,直接求出扩展不确定度,可以通过少量的测量数据来估计大批量生产的轴承的噪声期望值和期望值的分布区间。实验研究表明,和传统的统计方法相比,这种方法的估计误差比较小。Abstract: A method using fuzzy-set theory to characterize the expanded uncertainty of the rolling bearing noise is proposed. The method pertaining to the category of non-statistical theory permits the expanded uncertainty being estimated directly under the conditions that the number of the measurement of rolling bearings is small and the probability distribution unknown without calculating the standard deviation and the coverage factor. The expected value and its distribution interval of the noises of volume-production bearings can be estimated by few data measured. The experimental research on the 6201 bearing shows the error of estimation using the method proposed is smaller than the error of estimation using traditional statistics.
