Calculation of sound wave scattering by parallel cylindrical tubes in boilers

  • 摘要: 应用管束表面上阻抗型边界条件分析管表面上声压强度和分布规律。数值分析结果表明,5个同径管组成的管列,管表面声强的分布与文献3吻合很好。在矩阵排列的管束中,当人射波是斜向时,管束中每个管表面声强有较大增益,可以提高除灰效果。分析还说明本征函数展开法,只要对所得无穷线性方程组做适当的预处理,解的精度是可以保证的。

     

    Abstract: The gradient of Sound field on the surface of any tube in the tube bundles has be expressed in term of the impedance condations of the pressure modes on the surface .The multiple scattering problem has be examined by applying the method of expansion of characteristic functions of a set, and arrived at a set of linear algebraic equations for the unknown coefficients of each tube. The numerical resullts in a tubes row consisting of five indentical tubes coincide well with the literature 3, for an array by consisting tubes it is proved that for oblique wave incidence the sonic soot cleaning efficiency is best.
