矩形测量面扫描测量声强时扫描路径研究

Research on the scanning paths on rectangle surface for determining sound power with scanning method

  • 摘要: 采用扫描法测量声强具有测量精度高、测量效率高的特点。扫描测量面的形式有多种,测量面上的扫描路径形式也有多种,扫描面形式及扫描路径的形式的确定是实施扫描测量前要解决的问题之一。矩形测量面是声强扫描时最常用和最容易实现的一种扫描测量面。对矩形测量面上几种扫描路径的分析研究结果表明:在速度恒定、声源稳定的前提下存在许多真实的扫描路径,只是有些扫描路径不能做到简单易行。扫描路径是否为真实的扫描路径与扫描速度无关,但扫描的收敛速度与扫描路径形式有关,在直线加半圆、方形、锯齿形三种扫描路径中,锯齿形扫描路径收敛速度最快,扫描面大小对扫描误差影响不大。

     

    Abstract: It has characteristics in high precise and efficient of measure sound power with scanning methods. There are many kinds of measuring surface of scanning and so do scanning paths. They are among solving questions before proceeding scanning measurements. Rectangle surface is the easiest and most common measuring surface to determine sound power with scanning method, Several scanning paths on the rectangle surface are analyzed, It is shown that under the conditions of constant scanning speed and steady noise source, there exists many real scanning paths, though some of which are not easy to be realized, It is also shown that whether a scanning path is a real one is independent of the scanning speed, but the converging speed has bearing on the form of scanning paths which are straight line with circle rectangle, and sawtovth-shape scanning path is the fastest, the size of scanning surface is of little effect on scanning error.
