复合频率超声波清洗声场均匀性研究

Distribution of sound field in a new complex-frequency ultrasonic cleaner

  • 摘要: 采用计算机摸拟技术,设计加工了一种复合频率超声波清洗槽,在同一个声波发射面(槽底)上,粘接3组不同频率的超声波换能器振子。在大功率实用状态下,研究测试了清洗槽内各单一频率及复合频率时声场电压的相对分布情况,并在染料水溶液中用铜版纸真实记录了单一频率及复合频率的声场分布情况。结果表明,复合频率的超声波清洗比传统的单频超声波清洗效果更好,充分发挥了不同频率的声波特性,消除了驻波场,使声场更加均匀。

     

    Abstract: An ultrasonic cleaner of complex-frequency is designed and studied by using computer simulation, in which three kinds of different frequency transducers are splaced on the same emitting surface of sound wave. The distributions of acoustic field of the complex-frequency and each of single-frequency are explored in high-power scale, the distribution of acoustic field of the complex-frequency is recorded on copper-plate paper by means of aqueous solution of blue dye with ultrasonic radiation. The results show that ultrasonic cleaning of the complex-frequency have three advantages, the characters of acoustic wave of different frequency are displayed full, the standing waves in the acoustic field are eliminated, the acoustic field are well-distributed. An apart from that, it also shows that the cleaning effect of the complex-frequency is better than that of the every single frequency .
