Abstract: The elasticity of soft tissue reflects its physiological and pathological characteristics. The technique of ultrasound elastography plays an important role in tissue characterization. In this paper, a fast algorithm based on displacement is established. The results of computer simulation on one and two dimensions strain imaging indicate the validity of this method.
