换能器式直线超声马达及其实验测试

Transducer-type bi-directional linear ultrasonic motor and it's experiment

  • 摘要: 提出了一种新型换能器式直线超声波马达.该马达具有结构和驱动简单、可方便地实现正反向运动等优点。实验样机的性能参数如下:共振频率21.46 kHz,预紧力 3.2 N下对应的最大速度 400 mm/s,预紧力 1.6N时对应最大推力为 2.1N。研究中利用仿真软件MATLAB计算出质点的几种典型运动轨迹,并从理论与实验两方面分析了两路电信号相移的变化以及两相换能器振动幅值的变化对椭圆运动行为及输出特性的影响。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a bi-directional linear ultrasonic motor. It has the features such as simple construction and control, flexible direction control, The performance parameters of the prototype:frequency 21.46 kHz, maximum moving speed 400 mm/s under pre-load 3.2 N, maximum thrust 2.1 N under pre-load 1.6 N. Several typical locus are obtained by using MATLAB simulation software. The influence of phase shift and vibration amplitude of ultrasonic transducers on ideal elliptical locus and output characteristics is investigated by using theoretical and experimental methods.
