几类旋转圆弧式自聚焦换能器的声场特性分析

Ultrasound field characteristics analysis of some self-focused Arc-rotating transducers

  • 摘要: 通过分析和比较几种有代表性的旋转圆弧式曲面聚焦换能器的声场特性,探索了不同类型聚焦曲面换能器用于加温的可行性。结果表明:旋转抛物面具有良好的聚焦效果,可以形成明显的聚焦点。圆锥面和旋转星形面具有较好的轴向线性聚焦效果,声束比较细,有较大的轴向加热范围。与圆锥面相比较,旋转星形面的声场受换能器参数影响小。在换能器设计中,设计者可根据不同加热对象,设计不同曲面换能器以达到最优加热效果。

     

    Abstract: By analyzing and comparing the ultasound field characteristics of some represntative self-focused arcrotating transducers,of which the feasbitity in heating is explored.The results show that paraboid of revolution hasgood focusing effect and it can form clear focus.The results also show that come and rotating astroid face have uniformaxis focusing effect and relative thin acoustical beams,so they have large acis heating area.Comparing with cone,theinfluence of source parameters to the field distribution of rotating astroid face is small.In the design astroid face is small.In the design of transducers,thedesigner need to design different kinds of transducers according to different tissue so that it can reach the best heatingdffect.
