Abstract: This paper presents an approach of implemefiting the frequency spectral analysis with multiresolution technique.Both FFT and wavelet analysis are used in order to generate the spectrum with a logarithmic-rstyle resolution distribution.The algorithm,computational efficiency and memory storage efficiency are discussed in detail.
