锅炉管束声散射的理论分析

Theoretical analysis for sound wave scattering by parallel cylindrical tubes in boilers

  • 摘要: 声波除灰技术虽然已经在国内外的电站、石化及一般工业锅炉上推广应用,但是与之相关的多数基本问题都还没有得到很好的解决。本文使用Helmholtz积分方程的数值计算方法讨论了锅炉换热器管排的声场散射问题,得到了管道表面及管排周围的声场分布特性,对当前声波除灰技术的发展应用具有重要指导意义.

     

    Abstract: Although the sonic soot cleaning techniques have been applied in boilers in power plants,petrochemicalworks and general industries world wide,still most of the correlated basic problems have not been well solved.In thispaper!by using Helmholtz integral equation,sound waves scattered by heat-exchanger tubes in boiler is numericallycalculated.Sound field distribution characteristics on the tube surfaces and around the tube group are obtained.Theresult is very important for the development of sonic soot cleaning techniques in boilers.
