Computation of transient acoustic scattering from irregular-shaped objects using time domain integral equation method

摘要: 瞬态声散射信号包含有较丰富的目标信息。本文研究了克服时域积分方程法计算瞬态声散射中存在的长时间解发散问题的方法,给出了一种实用的算法,使得计算结果在时间较长时都稳定。将时域积分方程法推广到阻抗表面的情况,计算了带半椭球帽的阻抗圆柱体的瞬态反向声散射。计算结果表明,目标的瞬态回波具有亮点特征.Abstract: Transient acoustic scattering contains rich information about objects. This paper studied the divergence in computation of the transient acoustic scattering by use of the time domain integral equation method. A calculation technique provided stable results for a long time calculation is presented. We extended the time domain integral equation method to the impedance object, and computed the transient acoustic backscattering of a hard and an impedance cylinder with a spheroidal end cap. The results show that the transient echoes have features of the highlight.
