Abstract: This paper presents a novel method for target motion analysis.Its main purpose is to deal with passive long-range localization in a low-SNR (low signal-to-noise ratio) environment.The algorithm is simple and practical.The performance of the algorithm is illustrated with simulated data.Then the object trajectory for real data is obtained successfully.
