磁致伸缩棒力矩激励器动态特性的研究

摘要: 介绍了一种能通过直接记录激振力来获得激振力矩的磁致伸缩棒力矩激励器的原理及其动态特性的理论分析和实验测试.首先建立了这种磁致伸缩棒力矩激励器动态特性的力学模型和相应的微分方程,推导了输出激励力矩的数学表达式,然后分析了影响磁致伸缩律力矩激励器输出力矩的各种因素,从而为改进这种磁致伸缩棒力矩激励器的结构设计提供了理论依据.之后,对一个磁致伸缩棒力矩激励器原型的输出激振力、输出激振力矩的纯度和频率特性及其互易关系进行了实际测试,其测试结果与理论分析非常吻合。最后还对影响测量背景噪声的因素进行了讨论.Abstract: In this paper,an approach that directly registers the exciting force produced by a moment actuator is described.A model of the dynamic performance of the magnetostrictive rod moment actuator is also proposed.Factors that influence t c1532.ctx the output moment of the actuator are discussed and a theoretical basis is established so that the mechanical design can beimproved.The purity and frequency characteristics of output moment of a prototype have been measured and results are in agreement with theoretical analysis.The reciprocal relationship is assessed,and causes of measurement errors are discussed.
