压电-电流变高分辨率直线步进马达特性研究

The characteristics of piezoelectric-electrorheological linear stepper motor with high resolution

  • 摘要: 本文对一种新型的压电效应同电流变效应结合的直线步进马达性能作了进一步的研究。对压电马达的电流变箱位器作了改进,使压电直线步进马达的步进运动速度,从0.12mm/min提高到1.8mm/min,并获得优于0.1μm的高分辨率,和100gf的最大驱动力。研制了相应的马达计算机控制电路和编制了计算机控制软件。压电马达可在计算机控制下实现精确运动并具有大的行程。

     

    Abstract: A new type of piezoelectric-electrorheologica linear stepper motor studied by us is elucidated in this paper. With improving of electrorheological fluid clamper (ER clamper) of the motor, the moving speed of the motor were increased from 0.12 mm/min to 1.8 mm/min with high resolution of 0.1 μm and with driving force of 100 gf. The experimental results show that prototype of motor with computer control system has excellent control properties and good position precision with large travel range.
