多晶金属中结构嗓声的传输速度

On the transfer velocity of the structure noise in polycrystalline media

  • 摘要: 结构噪声作为超声脉冲在多晶金属中多次散射的产物是以扩散的方式在介质中传播的,其最大速度应为V_l / \sqrt3。实验方法直接测定这一速度遇到表面下蠕行波激发结构噪声引起的困难。分析表明,结构噪声是以蠕行波-结构噪声方式到达接收换能器的。理论和实验结果符合良好。

     

    Abstract: Resulted from a multiply scattered ultrasonic pulse in polycrystalline metals, the structure noise propagates as a diffuse field. The highest velocity of the diffuse process seems to be V_l / \sqrt3.Attempt to measure directly this velocity experimentally meets the obstacle resulted from the structure noise excited by the creeping wave under the surface. Analysis shows the earliest wave arrived shouldbe the creeping wave-structure noise. Good agreement has been achieved by theoretical-experimental analyses.
