Abstract: The non-coherence Scattering due to random move of sound source with line spectrum and random ocean sound channels is discussed by means of generalized coherence and scattering fUnction.Itis shown that the scattering function of the receiver is the convolution of times space filtering function of line spectrum radiation and scattering function of random ocean sound channels.The space-frequency spectrum expanding caused repectively by random movement of sound source and random delay of ocean sound channels is given in this paper.
