高声强下的微穿孔板

Microperforated panel at high sound intensity

  • 摘要: 微穿孔板的穿孔面积(例如百分之一左右)比一般都低,所以在稍高的声强下,穿孔内的质点速度可达到相当高的数值(和声速比),因而将影响微穿孔板的声阻抗和它的特性。理论证明,穿孔,做为短的细管所受影响不大,但其末端改正则由于形成喷注,使其声阻大为增加,声质量则稍有降低。后果是使微穿孔板适用的声强范围受限,但也可以根据这个规律延伸微穿孔板的使用到更高声强。文中将举例说明这些关系。

     

    Abstract: The perforation ratio of a microperforated panel is usual low (around 1%,maybe),the particle velocity inside the pores,therefore,may attain relatively high value (compared to the velocity of sound) even at moderate intensity of incident sound,and the acoustic impedance and absorbing properties of the panel will be effected.It is proven that the pores themselves,as short narrow tubes,are only slightly affected,but the end corrections will have their acoustic resistances much increased,and acoustic mass decreased,due to jet-formation at the ends of the pores.The consequence is that the intensity under which the microperforeted panel is effective will be limited,and on the other hand,the range of application may be extended,utlizing these effects.
