用超声语参数对猪的病变肝组织进行定征

Ultrasonic spectrum characterization for pig's pathological liver tissues

  • 摘要: 本文采用宽带超声脉冲测量系统,通过对散射回波高速数字采样,对猪的新鲜离体正常肝组织及若干病变肝组织(如水泡变性肝,脂肪变性肝及硬化肝)进行了分析研究。
    通过在3MHz—7MHz的频域分析,获得了各组织样品的积分背向散射系数(IBSC)、背向散射系数的频率依赖关系(FDBSC)及组织内相邻散射元的平均间距(MS)等参数。
    所获结果显示,组织的病变导致了上述参数的明显变化。这表明,超声谱分析技术,对于肝病变组织超声定征及临床定量诊断,具有令人鼓舞的发展前景。

     

    Abstract: A high speed digital data acquisition and wide band measurement system was used to acquire and record the ultrasonic pulse waveforms backscattered from normal and several pathological pig's fresh liver tissues (including ballooning degeneration, fatty degeneration, cirrhosis) in vitro. Some frequency domain analyses in the frequency domain ranging from 3MHz to 7MHz were performed in which the integrated backscatter coefficient (IBSC), the frequency dependence of backscatter coefficient (FDBSC), and the mean spacing (MS) among adjacent scatterers of the tissues were determined. The results obtained show that the differences among the normal and various pathological tissues cause distinct changes of the measured parameters. All the results studied indicate that the ultrasonic spectrum technique, which can be used in tissue characterization for pathological liver in clinics, has an encouraging prospect.
