压电体中的退极化场及其对超声非线性参数测量的影响

Depolarizing field in piezoelectric medium and its influence on the measurement of ultrasonic nonlinearity parameter

  • 摘要: 计算和实验的结果表明,压电体内的退极化场会影响超声非线性参数测量的结果,此外,有可能通过检测伴随着非线性声场的非线性电场来确定压电晶体的非线性参数。

     

    Abstract: Calculation and experiment shew that the measured value of ultrasonic nonlinear ity parameter is lower than its normal one provided the polarizing field can partly penetrate the bottom surface of piezoelectric sample. It is also possible to determine nonlinear acoustic parameters of piezoelectric medium by detecting the nonlinear electric field accompanying with the nonlinear acoustic field.
