用强吸光表面层对凝聚态介质热学性质的光声测量

Photoacoustic measurement of the thermal property of condensed matter using a strong light-absorbing surface layer

  • 摘要: 本文在导出了具有强吸光表面层的凝聚态介质光声信号表达式的基础上,利用强吸光表面层、小功率He-Ne激光(6mW)前表面辐照,测量了一些物质的热流率(Thermal Effusivity)。该方法有效地消除了散射光,充分利用光源功率,提高了光声信号信噪比。实验结果很好地与文献值相吻合。

     

    Abstract: By using a strong light-absorbing surface layer and front-surface illumination with a low power He-Ne laser (6mW), photoacoustic measurements of the thermal effusivities of materials have been made, based on the photoacoustic theory, derived in this paper of condensed matter with a strong light-absorbing surface layer. This method can eliminate the stray light, give full play to the power of the light irradiation, and improve the signal to noise ratio. The experimental results are in good agreement with values given in the literature.
