超声频矩形六面体的三维耦合振动

Three dimensional coupled vibration of block-like resonators

  • 摘要: 本文利用表观弹性法分析了矩形六面体的三维耦合振动,重点分析并计算了矩形六面体的基模方式耦合振动,推出了矩形六面体基频振动的总体频率方程,得出了六面体基模耦合振动的三个谐振频率,即六面体三个轴向的谐振频率fx,fyfz,实验表明谐振频率的测量值与计算值基本符合,本研究将为复频超声清洗中换能振动系统的设计提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with the three dimensional coupled vibration of block-like resonators by means of the apparent elasticity method, Primarily, the fundamental modes of the coupled vibration of resonators were analyzed, and the frequency equation of the fundamental modes of vibration was derived. From the frequency equation we calculated the resonant frequencies fx,fy and fz of the fundamental modes of vibration of resonators, the frequencies at which the block-like resonators resonate respectively in X, Y and Z directions. The measured frequencies of the blocklike resonators agree well with the calculated frequencies of the fundamental modes of vibration of the resonators.
