高稳定性的500MHz声表面波沟槽谐振器型振荡器

500 MHz SAW RESONATOR-OSCILLATOR

  • 摘要: 声表面波振荡器具有基频高、相位噪声低,重量轻、体积小,结构简单、可靠性好、抗冲击震动等优点,是一种性能比较好,具有实际应用价值的射频源。我们研制了500MHz单端对SAW沟槽谐振器,无载Qu ≥ 20,000,动态电阻Rj=20-30Ω,用它作稳频元件组成振荡器。经测量获得短期频率稳定度为:0.001s是4.2×10-10,0.01s是2.8×10-10,0.1s是2.5×10-10,1s是5.5×10-10。在偏离中心频率1kHz处的单边带相位噪声是-108dBC/Hz。振荡器的频率随温度变化特性,在不用恒温槽的情况下,环境温度从-30℃-+60℃时,振荡器总的相对频率变化是1.1×10-4,平均值是1.2×10-6/℃;在自由室温下,日平均频率波动为2.7×10-6/d。

     

    Abstract: SAW resonator-oscillator are characterized by its high fundamental frequency,low phase noise,reliable performance,simple,light weight,compact volume,and the resistance against the mechanical vibration.It has begun to be used as one of valuable device in practice.The 500 MHz one-port SAW groove resonator made in our laboratory,for which the unloading quality factor Qu>20,000,and the motional resistance R1=20-30 Ω,has been used as a frequency controlled element to construct an oscillator.Its short term stability measured in 0.001 second is 4.2×10-10,in 0.01 second is 2.8×10-10,in 0.1 second is 2.5×10-10 and in 1 second is 5.5×10-10,the single sideband phase noise for 1 kHz offset from the carrier is 108 dBC.When not being closed in ovens,for the ambient temperature range from-30℃ to+60℃ the total fractinal change on frequency of oscillator is 1.1×10-4,and average value is 1.2×10-6.At room temperature,the average frequency,fluctuation is 2.7×10-6/d.
