高温钢坯缩孔超声检测系统

ULTRASONIC INSPECTION SYSTEM TO DETECT INTERNAL PIPE IN HOT STEEL BLOOM

  • 摘要: 本文发展了一整套单探头压力接触法高温钢坯缩孔超声检测实验系统。这个系统可分别用于1120℃钢坯缩孔的超声检测及1300℃以下试块的声速测试等。文中阐述了系统的设计原理,检测与信号处理专用硬件,软件。分析讨论了回波幅度与压力的关系,给出了关系曲线和关系式以及缩孔的检测结果。

     

    Abstract: The experimental pressure contact system with single transducer has been developed to detect internal pipe in hot steel bloom.The system can be used for detecting pipe or flaw and measuring sound wave velocity at temperature up to 1120℃ and 1300℃,respectively.
    The hardware and software used for inspection and signal processing are described.The relation between echo-amplitude and pressure exerted is analyzed and discussed,curves and formula showing the relation obtained as well as pipe-testing results are given.
