短路金属栅对正入射瑞利波的散射

SCATTERING OF NORMALLY INCIDENT RAYLEIGH WAVE FROM A SINGLE STRIP IN SHORT-CIRCUITSED METALLIC GRATING ON PIEZOELECTRIC CRYSTAL SURFACE

  • 摘要: 由压电晶体动力学方程等出发,用电表面边界微扰技术得到了入射声表面波在栅区激发的微扰电场及电荷分布;将这些电荷作为表面激发源,用积分变换得到了包括散射声表面波和体波的一般积分解。
    数值计算了YZ-LiNbO3,表面上短路金属栅对正入射瑞利波散射的声表面波,给出了其反射系数,前向散射系数等与栅条宽度的关系;进而导出了声表面波经过金属栅时的相速变化。理论计算与实验测量结果符合较好。

     

    Abstract: Starting from the piezoelectric crystal kinetic equation and other fundamental equations,we analysed the distribution of both the electric potential and charge on the grating induced by the incident wave with electrical perturbation technique to the crystal surface.Then a general integral formula of the scattered field is obtained through integral transformation with the electric charge induced by the incident wave acting as the exciting source.
    The scattered SAW field on YZ-LiNbO3 is then numerically calculated and the relation between the reflective or forward scattering coefficients and the width of the strip is given.Furthermore,the change of the incident wave velocity as passing through the grating is obtained.The agreement between our theory and the experiments is good.
