一种新型的集成声学频谱分析器
A NEW CONFIGURATION OF INTEGRATED ACOUSTIC SPECTRUM ANALYZER

摘要: 本文介绍作者设计和证实的一种新现象——当叉指换能器阵列的各阵元横向位置和它们的同步频率分别按线性调频规律排列和设计时,其激励的声表面波的主声束,不仅能自动聚焦,而且其聚焦场的轴随频率而平移扫描。即当频率改变时,聚焦声束相应地改变其位置而不变其方向。
基于上述现象,作者提出一种新形式的集成声学射频频谱分析器(IASA)结构。
由于该结构可实现聚焦轴随待处理信号的频率作平移扫描,故可以避开基片各向异性所带来的困难,可保证器件的测频精度和频率分辨率。因此,可以说,平移现象的发现和这种结构的采用,使IASA在走向实用化的道路上迈过了关键的一步。Abstract: A new phenomenon,that the focusing axis of SAW excited by an array of IDTs the centre positions of which are arranged according to a chirp law and the synchronous frequencies are designed with another related chirp law,translates,instead of rotates,with the frequency of the input signal,is predicted from theoretical analysis and verified by experiments.Based on this phenomenon,a new configuration of integrated acoustic RF spectrum analyzer (IASA) is proposed.In this configuration,troubles caused by the anisotropy of the substrate can be avoided or reduced by virtue of the paralel translation scanning behavior.Contrarily,in other configurations of IASA,the same trouble can not be overcome because of the deflection scanning fashion.This phenomenon discovered in our laboratory may,therefore,induce a significant progress for realizing a practical IASA.
