超声在人的正常与病变组织中的衰减
ULTRASONIC ATTENUATION IN NORMAL AND ABNORMAL HUMAN TISSUES

摘要: 本文在2-9.3MHz和5-40℃的频率与温度范围内,利用脉冲传输法,测量了五人离体状态下的五种正常组织,和三种病变组织中的超声衰减系数。进而研究了衰减系数同频率与温度间的依赖关系;特别是研究了几种病变组织的声衰减特性;也对超声在同一人体的正常与病变组织中的衰减系数进行了对比,表明:病变组织中的衰减系数比正常组织中的偏大,最后给出了几点实验研究结论。Abstract: In the frequency range 2-9.3 MHz and tempreature range 5-40℃,ultrasonic attenuation coefficients of five normal tissues and three abnormal tissues excised from five people were measured in vitro.Pulse transmission technique was used.The dependence of ultrasonic attenuation upon frequency and temperature was considered and more attention was paid to ultrasonic attenuation of abnormal tissues.The ultrasonic attenuation coefficients of normal and abnormal tissues were compared.The results show that the ultrasonic attenuation in abnormal tissue is higher than that in normal tissue.Several conclusions on the experimental results were given.
