障筒吸收消声器

A ROUND BAFFLE-ABSORPTION MUFFLER

  • 摘要: 根据轴对称气体喷注中噪声源主要位于喷口附近,且随X/D的增加噪声源的强度连续下降的理论分析,提出障筒吸收消声器;并且进行了系统的实验研究。障筒吸收消声器主要降低喷注噪声中频率高于1kHz的成分。消声器前端长度选取25D较为合适,障筒吸收消声器不仅适用于排气喷注,同时也适用于工作喷注。

     

    Abstract: The noise sources in an axisymmetric jet are located mainly near the nozzle, and its strength decreases continuely with increase of X/D. According to this theoretical result, a round baffle-absorption muffler was designed and studied in experiments. The muffler reduces mainly jet noise of which frequencies are higher than 1 kHz. It is advisable to design the front length in the muffler is 25 D. The muffler can be used not only for a exhausting jet, but also for a working jet.
