直径膨胀管消声器特性的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF DIAMETER-EXPANDED SILENCERS

  • 摘要: 本文从实验上研究了直径膨胀管消声器的特性,得到一些有用的规律:1.消声器的压力选择性较强,只在一定的压力范围内有效,当(P0/P1,v)/(dA2/dS2)≈0.81时,可获得最大降噪效果;2.消声器还有膨胀比选择性,ds/dA必须在1.5—2.5之间;3.膨胀管的长度对在有用压力范围内消声器的特性基本无影响;4.有用压力范围内膨胀管的出流噪声,可用湍流噪声压力关系公式,加上膨胀比修正而求得。文中最后提出了两个需要进一步研究的有趣现象。

     

    Abstract: The investigation on the characteristics of diameter-expanded silencers was carried out experimentally and some rules were obtained: 1. silencers are effective only in a limited; pneumatic pressure range and have maximum of noise reduction when the condition (P0/P1,v)/(dA2/dS2)≈0.81 is fulfilled; 2. silencers also have certain expansion selection, i.e. ds/dA must be larger than 1.5 and smaller than 2.5; 3. the length of silencers has no marked effect on their characteristics in the effective pressure range; 4. the efflux noise of silencers in the effective pressure range can be calculated according to the pressure dependence of turbulent noise and the correction to the ratio of expansion. Finally, two intereesting phenomena, which are valuable for further study, are put forward.
